1. Subject of the Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Ares Hosting (“Seller”) and the individual or entity purchasing services (“Customer”) via the Seller’s website or other digital platforms. The Agreement governs the provision of web design services by the Seller to the Customer.

2. Services Provided
The Seller agrees to deliver web design services as outlined in the agreed project scope and timeline. Any additional services or modifications beyond the initial agreement may incur additional fees, which will be communicated and approved by the Customer.

3. Price and Payment Terms
The total price for the services will be agreed upon before the commencement of the project. The Customer agrees to pay the Seller according to the payment schedule specified in the invoice. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon by both parties.

4. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from the date of the agreement without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing. If the Customer withdraws after the commencement of services, they may be liable for any costs incurred up to that point.

5. Delivery of Services
The Seller agrees to deliver the completed web design project within the timeframe agreed upon. Any delays caused by the Customer, including failure to provide necessary materials or feedback, may result in a revised delivery schedule.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches any of its obligations under the Agreement. The Seller may also terminate the Agreement if the Customer fails to make payments or violates any other terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, code, and content created by the Seller during the course of the project, shall remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, these rights will be transferred to the Customer.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the project private and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of LLC.
